50% Deposit upon reservation. House rules shall also be read at this time to avoid misunderstanding during duration of stay

Full payment upon arrival

Other charges shall also be settled upon arrival

Order of beverages shall be paid in full upon delivery

In case of change of plans affecting the schedule and the venue reservation, Bretsch & Barrie reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as follows:

3 days or more prior to the event	- 20% of deposit (1/2 of contract price)
2 days prior to the event	- 50% of deposit
1 days prior to the event	- Full deposit is forfeited
